Helping Fill In The Missing Pieces To Manhood

Boy After almost completing our year one pilot program at Guilford School we know three things:

   1. A4Y programs are desperately needed.
   2. A4Y programs are showing evidence they are working. (Based on observation, surveys, and student progress reports)
   3. With your help we started the pilot program and with your help we can continue to grow.

We are seeking to strengthen our structures, hire a full time director and increase our funding in order to add our Academic Advocacy Component and possibly add another group of boys.

Motivating At Risk Boys Towards Character, Competence and Career Development

These pictures show our boys taking a business trip, participating in a team challenge and playing lacrosse. Teachers and parents have already expressed how they see the program making a positive impact.
